Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp cream or cremefine
- 100 ml milk or buttermilk
- 80 ml oil, neutral
- 2 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the wet ingredients and mix with a spoon until a stiff dough forms. If it’s too stiff, simply add a little more milk. Pour everything into molds and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Decorate as desired.
