Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for light sauce, small
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes and fry in hot oil. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the meat, sautéing briefly. Add the mushrooms and finely chopped gherkins, and season generously with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add Cremfine, stir in the sauce mix, and bring to a boil briefly. This dish goes well with Swabian spaetzle and cucumber salad.
