Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pork fillets (approx. 500 g)
  • 1 jar beans, green, very fine
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 small jar of pepper, green
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • some oil for frying
  • n. B. Sauce thickener, dark
  • possibly caramel coloring

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cut the fillet into strips (shredded meat), fry in hot oil. Then add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes (moderate heat). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add green pepper to taste. Thicken with a sauce thickener. If the sauce is too light for your taste, you can add a little more color with caramel. Croquettes, queen potatoes, or even green tagliatelle go very well with this sauce!
