Sloppy Joe Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • 200 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 300 g minced meat
  • Processed cheese (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the pasta to the boiling water; it tastes especially good with a little soup seasoning. Fry the onions in olive oil until translucent. Add the finely chopped/crushed garlic and let it cook briefly. Add the ground beef and cook until cooked through. Then, combine the cooked pasta and the sauce with the ground beef. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over the top and let it melt. Serve hot.
