Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 schnitzels
- Pizza seasoning
- 500 g herb curd (low fat)
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- pinch(s) of pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry the schnitzels in oil on both sides until cooked through. Season each schnitzel with a little pizza seasoning and pepper. Mix the herb curd with the garlic, season with pepper, and serve. Serve with boiled potatoes or baguette.
