Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s), grated
- 1 orange(s), cut into pieces
- 5 tbsp spelt flakes (or oat flakes)
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 100 ml oat milk (or regular milk)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Cinnamon powder, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients and let it swell briefly. If you like, you can refine the mixture with a pinch of cinnamon.
