Place all prepared ingredients in a blender. If the juice seems too thick, you can thin it out with suitable ready-made fruit juices. I usually use grape juice. My kids love it and get their daily dose of vitamins this way. You can use virtually any fruit. It’s perfect for children who don’t eat fruit. It’s a perfect vitamin boost during the winter months.
