Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bars of chocolate
  • 12 m.-sized marshmallow(s)
  • 1 pack of biscuits, preferably neutral (e.g. butter biscuits)

Smores are an American dessert.

This type of dessert is prepared in a baking dish, so the quantities depend on the size of the dish. I use one that usually holds two servings of lasagna or something similar. Line the bottom of the dish with the chocolate. Then form the second layer with the marshmallows by placing them on top of the chocolate. Now place the dish in the oven (preheated or not doesn’t matter) and leave it there at around 180 degrees Celsius until the chocolate melts and the marshmallows turn brown. This doesn’t take long, maybe 5 minutes. The cookies are for scooping out the dessert; if you want to save even more calories, you can of course use a spoon. I don’t usually like marshmallows, but in this combination they are perfect!
