Soup: Kohlrabi Soup

The perfect soup: kohlrabi soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fresh kohlrabi approx 800 g
  • 800 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 toes Garlic
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 bunch Lemon balm fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 El Butter
  1. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes. Then sweat the onion lightly in butter and then add the garlic.
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes, then add to the onions, sweat for a short time, then fill up with the stock.
  1. Season the kohlrabi with a little salt and pepper and cook until soft. Now puree the kohlrabi with a magic wand, then add the cream and let it boil again briefly
  1. Chop the lemon balm and add to the soup at the end.
