Soup: Kohlrabi Soup
The perfect soup: kohlrabi soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Fresh kohlrabi approx 800 g
- 800 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 Onion
- 2 toes Garlic
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 bunch Lemon balm fresh
- Salt and pepper
- 1 El Butter
- Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes. Then sweat the onion lightly in butter and then add the garlic.
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes, then add to the onions, sweat for a short time, then fill up with the stock.
- Season the kohlrabi with a little salt and pepper and cook until soft. Now puree the kohlrabi with a magic wand, then add the cream and let it boil again briefly
- Chop the lemon balm and add to the soup at the end.
