Spagetti with Peas, Spinach and Bacon

The perfect spagetti with peas, spinach and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
  • 150 g Diced pork belly
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 300 g Fresh spinach leaves
  • 50 ml Whipped cream
  • 200 g Blanched peas
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the spagetti al dente. Dice the onion and garlic and fry in the olive oil. Add the spinach, cream and peas and sauté over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fry the bacon in another pan. Strain the spaghetti and mix it with the spinach. Serve with the fried bacon.
