Spaghetti aglio e olio with bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 150g bacon
  • ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic, dice the bacon, and chop the parsley. Fry the bacon in a pan with olive oil until crispy. Just before it’s done, add the garlic and sauté lightly. Then, add the “al dente” cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir in the chopped parsley.
