Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with yogurt

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry it with the onions and garlic in the oil until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and yogurt. Deglaze everything with the stock and let it simmer for a while. Turn off the heat and, when the sauce has stopped boiling, stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and sugar.
