Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 tbsp ham, diced
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 8 tbsp cream cheese, low-fat
- 12 tbsp milk, low-fat
- 1 tbsp oil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain. Dice the onion. Whisk the eggs, cream cheese, and milk together until no lumps remain. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and ham for a short time. Add the spaghetti and cook for one minute. Then add the egg mixture and cook until the egg begins to set.
