Spaghetti nests

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 150 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 75 g cheese (Gouda or Parmesan)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • Margarine for frying
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain. Brown the minced meat and season well with salt, pepper, and both bell peppers. Once the minced meat is well browned, add about 3 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan and fry briefly. Then fill the pan with water and add the remaining tomato paste. Stir the sauce until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add a dash of Maggi and season again if necessary. When the sauce is creamy enough and tasty, add the pasta to the pan and mix everything together. Twist the pasta into nests on a fork and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Once all the nests have been twisted and are on the tray, spread the remaining sauce over the individual nests. Now just sprinkle a little grated cheese over the nests and bake everything in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is well melted.
