Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 200 ml water, hot
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly seasoned salt
  • Oil for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A classic pasta dish with spicy minced meat and a creamy note

Brown the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and add to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions – don’t be stingy with the salt in the water. In a bowl, mix the tomato paste and stock powder with the hot water and add to the minced meat mixture. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add the crème fraîche, butter, and a little of the pasta water to the pan and simmer until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper, and seasoned salt if desired. Whether you pour the sauce over the spaghetti or incorporate the spaghetti into the sauce is entirely up to you.
