Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some thyme
- 1 tbsp oregano
- some salt
- 1 tbsp olives, black
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 200g spaghetti
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
great for gourmets, vegetarians and vegans
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onions. Wash and finely slice the chili pepper. Heat the olive oil and lightly fry the prepared ingredients. Season with thyme, oregano, and salt. Add the olives, capers, and chopped tomatoes. Cover the pan and let it simmer. Meanwhile, heat the salted water in a saucepan, add the olive oil and a pinch of salt, and cook the spaghetti.
