Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kg spare ribs
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Butter (steak butter), 1 roll of it
- chili powder
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Western style
Wash the spare ribs and dry them. For the marinade, mix the oil, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and mustard well. Season to taste. Marinate the ribs in the marinade for at least 2 hours. Grill the ribs until crispy, turning occasionally. Place slices of the grilled butter on the ribs. Serve hot. Serve with salads and garlic baguette.
