Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g speculatius biscuits
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pack of white gelatin
  • ½ liter whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 12 pieces, without baking

Crumble the speculatius biscuits and mix with the butter. Press them onto a cake plate and place a cake ring around them. Mix the quark, cream cheese, honey, and sugar. Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions and stir in. Whip the cream until stiff, then fold 250g of cream into the quark mixture and spread the cream over the speculatius biscuit base. Spread the remaining 250g of whipped cream in waves over the cake and decorate with cocoa powder.
