Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 350 g spelt flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

without yeast, makes about 20 pieces

Combine the quark, egg, oil, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix with a tablespoon. Then add the flour and baking powder and knead everything with your hands. Form the dough into small balls (the size of a ping-pong ball), place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
