Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 orange(s), grated peel
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate (grated)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 100 g brittle, hazelnut brittle (grated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
