Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g green beans (frozen)
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp savory
- 3 onions, red
- 200 g salami, thinly sliced
- 100 g tomato(s) , from the can
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the beans with the savory in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Place in a colander and drain. Allow to cool completely. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix the beans with the onions and the halved salami slices in a large bowl. For the dressing, drain the tomatoes and chop them into pieces. Mix with olive oil, paprika, and oregano, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over the bean salad and mix.
