  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Spanish-inspired

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Close the bowl and let everything sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Knead everything thoroughly once more. Season with pepper and chili flakes to taste and desired spiciness. It goes perfectly with boiled potatoes, baked potatoes, or fresh bread.
