Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp ketchup, curry
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- Bread rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, boil the eggs hard. Then, halve them and scoop out the yolk – ideally, place it in a bowl. Now add the other ingredients to the yolk, except for the salt, and mix into a paste. Spread this evenly on the roll halves, and finally, cut the egg white into small slices. Arrange these on top, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired. A delicious snack for between meals, it can be eaten hot or cold.
