Spicy flatbread pizza with salami

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large flatbread(s)
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • 12 slice(s) Salami, small
  • some herbs, Italian
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the sauce, mix the tomato paste with the sambal oelek (adjust the amount to taste) and a splash of milk in a small bowl and season with herbs. Cut the flatbread in half and spread the pizza sauce on each half. Sprinkle with cheese. Finally, top with the salami slices. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the two flatbread halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
