Spicy pork fillet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork fillet(s)
  • 100 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 400 g cream
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 10 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into approximately 3 cm thick slices, wrap them in the bacon, and place them in a buttered casserole dish. Whisk together the cream and tomato paste, season with pepper and paprika. Add a little salt if desired, but be careful, as bacon is usually salty. Pour over the pork fillet and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
