Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g quark (20%)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp oil, neutral
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped, frozen or fresh
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- possibly chili pepper(s)
- possibly paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with boiled potatoes, as a dip or as a spread
Place the quark in a mixing bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Finely chop the spring onions, bell pepper, and garlic and stir in with the herbs. If you like it a bit spicier, you can stir in half or a whole, very finely chopped chili pepper. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice; add paprika if desired. This quark is perfect with boiled potatoes with quark, as a spread on bread, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
