Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g spinach (frozen), coarsely chopped
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Peel the onion, dice finely, and sauté in hot oil. Add the spinach and thaw over medium heat. You can add the turmeric at the same time. Dice the feta cheese and add it to the thawed spinach, mix everything together, and season to taste. I serve it with rice.
