Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g leaf spinach, blanched (possibly frozen)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, low-fat quark, crème fraîche or Vegofraîche
  • ½ cube of vegetable stock
  • ¼ tsp sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with pasta, cooked young vegetables, couscous, vegetarian patties, etc.

Squeeze the spinach leaves dry and chop finely. Bring the garlic, crème fraîche, and spinach leaves to a boil in a saucepan. Season with vegetable stock and sambal oelek.
