Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 packets of pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • Flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes.
