Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 gherkins
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • tbsp chives
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, finely dice the ham and pickles. Then, combine the cream cheese with the remoulade, tomato paste, and sour cream. Now, mix the ham and cucumber cubes with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the finely chopped chives. You can let the spread sit in the refrigerator. It still tastes great the next day. It tastes best when spread thickly on crusty bread.
