- 125 g sour cream
- Salt
- 1 pinch(s) garlic powder or
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 50 g spring onion(s), chopped
Instructions

Mix the cream cheese with the cream and garlic, add the chopped spring onions, and season with salt. It tastes delicious on crackers or rolls, and it’s perfect as a dip for vegetables and boiled potatoes.
