Spring pasta with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of pasta, wholegrain
  • some oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 can tuna (in water)
  • 1 cup herb cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 cup sour cream (optional)
  • some milk, optional
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 1 small bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 handful of radishes (you can use more)
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • parsley and chili flakes, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

It’s very quick and tastes great

Bring water to a boil. Finely chop the onions, radishes, chives, and parsley. Add the pasta to the water (prepare according to the instructions). Add oil to a pan and heat. Sauté the onions. Drain the tuna and add it to the onions. Add the parsley, chives, and radishes. Stir, then add the cream cheese and sour cream. Add a little more milk for desired creaminess. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Stir well. Add the pasta. Garnish with parsley leaves and chili flakes before serving (if desired).
