  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds, ground
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quark dip

Cream the butter until fluffy, then combine with the quark and cream cheese. Season with spices and onions. Serve with pretzels.
