Strawberries with marscapone cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 800 g strawberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, hull, and halve 800g of strawberries. Then mix with the 50g sugar and the Amaretto and let it sit for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Mix the marscapone with the cream and powdered sugar until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Simply arrange the strawberries on plates and serve with the cream spread over them.
