Strawberry Ball Ice Cream
The perfect strawberry ball ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Strawberry syrup
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 250 g Frozen strawberries from our own cultivation
- 1 a cup Strawberry cream yogurt
- 1 a cup Whipped cream
- 2 Knife point Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 some Chocolate sprinkles as a decoration to eat with if you like
- Beat the egg with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until frothy.
- Add the strawberries and the rest of the powdered sugar and stir everything well.
- Now the cream yoghurt and syrup are stirred in and then the whipped cream. Mix everything together well until foamy and season to taste with the cayenne pepper.
- Fill the strawberry mixture into an ice-cream container (see last picture) and let it freeze for about 2 hours.
- The ice cream gets a little creamier with the egg, but if you don’t like an egg in the ice cream, you can of course leave it out. Even then it tastes great.
- I made a supply of the ice for us. We’ll be curious how it tastes and looks like when it’s frozen longer. I will report.
- The ice ball shapes are available in household goods stores (also as cubes).
