Baking: White Bread, Simple

The perfect baking: white bread, simple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • 21 g Yeast fresh
  1. Put the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in water and add. Knead everything together thoroughly. (I use my food processor for this, the dough is too soft for my hands.)
  2. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  3. Then knead again. Now fill the dough into a box cake pan.
  4. Use a flower sprayer or similar to hose out the oven and sprinkle the bread. Let the bread rise in the switched-off oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  5. Then set to 180 ° C and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
