The perfect baking: white bread, simple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 21 g Yeast fresh
- Put the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in water and add. Knead everything together thoroughly. (I use my food processor for this, the dough is too soft for my hands.)
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Then knead again. Now fill the dough into a box cake pan.
- Use a flower sprayer or similar to hose out the oven and sprinkle the bread. Let the bread rise in the switched-off oven for about 40-45 minutes.
- Then set to 180 ° C and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
