Strawberry-Kiwi-Jam

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g strawberries, washed and cleaned
  • 2 kiwi(s), peeled
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roughly chop the strawberries and kiwi (you can use 3 or fewer kiwis; the total fruit quantity should be 1 kg). Puree the fruit with a hand blender and place it in a large saucepan. Whisk in the gelling sugar (2:1 ratio) and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil gently over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Then immediately fill the jam into the prepared, hot-rinsed twist-off jars. Close tightly and leave the jars on their lids for a few minutes! If the jam isn’t eaten right away, I like to freeze it – it stays even fresher that way!
