Strawberry Philadelphia Pie

The perfect strawberry philadelphia pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ladyfingers
  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Baking chocolate
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 3 Pkg. Philadelphia double cream setting (approx. 600g)
  • 1 Pkg. Gelatine (or 6 sheets)
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 150 ml Water
  1. For the strawberry Philadelphia cake, place the lady fingers in a freezer bag, seal the bag and crumble the contents completely with a rolling pin or your hands. Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbs, then press the whole thing into a springform pan lined with paper. Melt the chocolate too and coat the bottom with it!
  2. Mix the Philadelphia, yogurt and lemon juice with a mixer. Gelatine in 150ml cold water 10min. soak, add the sugar and then heat while stirring until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved. Then stir quickly into the Philadelphia cream.
  3. Pour a third of the cream into the springform pan, quarter about half of the strawberries and distribute evenly on the cream, add the rest of the cream and then cook for at least 3 hours. cool. Garnish with the remaining strawberries, mint leaves and liquid chocolate before serving …
