Strawberry roll cold soup

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 rolls (wheat rolls)
  • 500 ml milk
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, refreshing summer dish

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Place them in a large bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and lightly mash with a fork. Add the milk and stir. Just before serving, roughly tear the bread rolls and add them. Stir in, let them soak briefly (5 minutes), and you have a simple summer main course or dinner. Very refreshing, especially in hot weather.
