Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 2 packs of ladyfingers
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • 600 g strawberries, approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Layer the ingredients in a large bowl in the following order: first vanilla yogurt, then a layer of sponge fingers, yogurt again, then a layer of whipped cream, strawberries (you can, of course, use any other fruit), sponge fingers, etc. Refrigerate until the sponge fingers are soft.
