Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 180 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg white
  • 70 g oil
  • 300 g flour
  • 130 g butter, in pieces
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the Thermomix TM31, with quark – oil – dough

For the dough, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute on speed “Dough.” Press the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For the crumble, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 20 seconds on speeds 4-5. Spread the crumble over the dough and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Note: Makes 25 slices. One serving contains approximately 224 kcal, 9 g fat, 5 g protein, and 32 g carbohydrates. Variation: The dry crumble cake can also be filled with a quark mixture.
