Streusel Corners

  • 2 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 175 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar

Sprinkles

  • 100 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 80 g Butter
  1. 1st base: Knead flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sour cream, butter, sugar. Shape into a ball and chill for about 1 hour.
  1. Streusel: Knead the flour, sugar and butter into a crumble.
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  1. Roll out the dough for the base thinly on a baking sheet and then “sprinkle” on it.
  1. Push the tray into the upper part of the oven and bake at 200 ° for about 25-30 minutes. Always check how the browning is developing, possibly change the height of the baking tray.
