Streusel Corners

- 250 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Sour cream
- 175 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
Sprinkles
- 100 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 1st base: Knead flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sour cream, butter, sugar. Shape into a ball and chill for about 1 hour.
- Streusel: Knead the flour, sugar and butter into a crumble.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Roll out the dough for the base thinly on a baking sheet and then “sprinkle” on it.
- Push the tray into the upper part of the oven and bake at 200 ° for about 25-30 minutes. Always check how the browning is developing, possibly change the height of the baking tray.
- If the crumbles are golden brown and look crispy, the cake is baked. Remove the sort from the baking sheet and cut into triangles, leave to cool on a wire rack.
