Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g biscuit(s) (e.g. butter biscuits)
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s) or other canned fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin until crumbly. Place the cream and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer, gradually adding the cream stabilizer. Refrigerate the cream. In another mixing bowl, combine the quark with the yogurt and sugar. Then fold the cream into the quark. Drain the mandarins well and carefully fold them into the quark. Now, in a glass bowl, alternate layers of the quark and the biscuit crumbs. This makes a great dessert for parties.
