Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi, filled, e.g. with cheese filling
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 handful of leaf spinach, frozen
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Add a little oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. In the meantime, dice the ham and bell peppers. Add both to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Whether the ham should brown or not is up to you. Now add the spinach and let it thaw in the pan. Add the cream and cream cheese and stir gently to dissolve the cream cheese. Mix the finished gnocchi with the sauce and you have a delicious meal. A very simple and quick dish for those in a hurry or who want something tasty but don’t want to spend a long time cooking it. You can also eat the sauce with pasta if you like.
