Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parsley
  • 750 g minced meat
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • White bread, crumble
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 100 g bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the ground meat with salt and pepper and knead it with the other ingredients. Form the meatloaf. Mix the filling ingredients well and fill the meat with it. Bake at 200°C for approximately 50 minutes.
