Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 sausages, fresh
- 400 g breakfast bacon
- 200 g cheese in one piece

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Low-carb
Cut the cheese into approximately 3 cm sticks. Place the sausage, curved side down, on a cutting board and make a slit from one end to the other (leaving a gap of approximately 1 cm between each end). Fill the whole thing with the cheese (I used Dutch cheese, but I can imagine using goat cheese as well). Finally, wrap the whole thing in the bacon. You can now either fry the sausages or place them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
