Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour the batter into a well-greased, smaller loaf pan. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for approximately 55-60 minutes.
