Very simple Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 point Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper

Dad’s way

Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and melt in a small saucepan over low heat. When the Gorgonzola is almost completely melted, add the sour cream and crème fraîche and stir everything together until you have a nice, creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. This sauce tastes best with gnocchi, but also works well with other pasta. You can vary the recipe by using milder or more intense Gorgonzola or crème fraîche with herbs.
