Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g rib(s), thick
  • 20 g margarine
  • 1 m.-large turnip(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Dice the onion. Heat the margarine in a large pot. Brown the meat until crispy. Add the onions and fry briefly. Dice the turnips and potatoes and add both to the pot. Fill with 1.5 liters of water. Season with salt and pepper. Let the stew simmer for about an hour.
