Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Whisk the egg whites with lemon juice. Add the powdered sugar and knead. The mixture should form a firm, sticky mass. Form into a ball. Let the mixture dry, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Grate it into a fine pastry case using a grater. It will keep in the refrigerator for several months.
